Due to the digital and educational nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a course or resource has been accessed, unless required by law or otherwise explicitly stated.

Custom and enterprise plans include onboarding, team access, and AI consultation. Due to these personalized services, these plans are non-refundable unless specified by contractual agreement.

5. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 business days of the transaction. We will investigate and process a refund if the charge is confirmed as erroneous or duplicate.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. We do not cover exchange rate differences or bank fees.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
