• Plans are billed monthly or annually in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
• Payments are securely processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
• No refunds are offered unless otherwise stated.

4. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Sharing login details or reselling access is strictly prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, videos, graphics, and software on the site are the property of BizTopIntellect Inc. and protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

By using our platform, you agree NOT to:

• Violate any laws or regulations of Canada or other jurisdictions
• Upload malicious code or interfere with system functionality
• Engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior in the community
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform or its materials

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms or misuse of the platform. No refunds will be issued upon termination.

Our services are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee outcomes or business results based on our educational content.

10. Limitation of Liability

BizTopIntellect Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including data loss, loss of profits, or interruption of business.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Toronto, ON.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your agreement to the new Terms. The effective date will always be shown at the top of the page.
